Krzysztof Kozłowski-Jastrząb — completed his judicial training, culminating in the state judicial examination. He also gained experience serving as a judicial assistant at the Office of the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw. Currently, he practices as an advocate. He holds a PhD in Law and is a university lecturer, having previously served as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He was also awarded an honorary doctorate (doctor honoris causa) by the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. He is an alumnus of the Stanford Business Leadership Series (Stanford Graduate School of Business).
He has a long-standing track record of holding high public offices, where he supervised departments responsible for highly sensitive public sectors. In this capacity, he gained extensive experience in constitutional and administrative law, as well as the operational principles of public administration and its associated stakeholders. He possesses profound practical expertise in law-making (the legislative process) and the application of law, at both the central government and local government levels. He has also acquired broad experience working within the framework of international organizations (the European Union and the Council of Europe). He is a fellow of the US Department of State’s "International Visitor Leadership Program U.S. – European Security Issues".
He boasts extensive managerial experience acquired in the largest Polish financial corporations within the banking and insurance sectors, where he held top executive and supervisory positions. He has successfully developed and executed strategic projects critical to the Polish financial market, alongside some of the most significant mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. He possesses specialized knowledge and years of practice in the application of banking, insurance, and cooperative law, as well as the regulatory environment of financial markets.
Furthermore, he offers unique expertise in the co-creation of major medical entities on the Polish healthcare market and the management of leading healthcare providers (both public and private). He has a well-established practice in medical law, with a particular focus on the regulation of the medicinal products and medical devices market, the medical profession, and the legal framework governing medical scientific research.
