Her practical expertise has been built over many years at the intersection of law, finance, and corporate governance.
She further specialises in company law, agricultural market institutions, and matters of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. She has served as a member of Supervisory Boards in key entities operating in the financial markets, infrastructure, and agricultural sectors — an experience that translates into a thorough understanding of institutional interests and business decision-making, which proves invaluable when developing effective litigation strategies.
