Karolina Bańkowska

Karolina Bańkowska — is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. She is a qualified attorney-at-law. She completed postgraduate studies in restructuring and insolvency law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She initially gained her practical experience working as a judicial assistant in the Commercial Appeals Division of the Poznań Regional Court. Subsequently, she developed her professional practice by providing legal advisory services at prestigious law firms.

Her core expertise lies in specialized issues of commercial and civil law, as well as the administrative and regulatory environment of business operations. In this regard, she possesses over a decade of experience in providing comprehensive legal advice to the SME sector and corporate clients. For many years, she has been successfully representing clients before civil, commercial, and family courts. She successfully provided counsel on leading business transactions, with a specific focus on construction, agribusiness, and real estate trading.

She has also acquired exceptional knowledge and expertise in insolvency and restructuring proceedings. In the Polish market, she has actively advised on high-profile proceedings of this nature, ensuring the due protection of her clients’ legal rights and interests. She holds a restructuring advisor license and collaborates with the National Chamber of Restructuring Advisors.

Furthermore, she possesses extensive experience in the application of medical and healthcare law. She has provided expert legal advice to reputable healthcare providers, as well as addressed the legal aspects of practicing the medical and dental professions, including matters pertaining to the professional self-government bodies of physicians and dentists.
