He is an experienced business and digital transformation expert with over fifteen years of international professional experience. This includes more than a decade of advising one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical corporations on strategic transformation programmes, operational excellence and the design of corporate digital solutions. Throughout his career to date, he has operated at the intersection of business, technology and corporate operations, supporting the delivery of complex international initiatives. These have involved collaboration with numerous organisational units, operating within diverse regulatory environments and working with cross-functional stakeholder groups.
His professional practice encompasses the design and implementation of large-scale digital platforms, business process optimisation, organisational change management, and the delivery of technology solutions supporting strategic decision-making. He has extensive experience in translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions, coordinating the work of interdisciplinary teams, and managing projects across all phases of their life cycle — from concept and design, through implementation, to long-term operational support.
His extensive professional experience gained in Spain, Italy and Poland naturally complements his role as Director of International Relations, in which he is responsible for the strategic development of the firm in the markets of Spain, Italy, Portugal and Latin America. He is fluent in Spanish, English, Italian and Polish. For international clients, he is a trusted first point of contact who combines a deep understanding of their business culture with comprehensive knowledge of the Polish legal and business environment, significantly facilitating and streamlining effective cross-border cooperation.
